After a quick test, the tech update really is an upgrade, the UI is slicker and more intuitive, and the game's smoother to play. But the question is about the content amount. Their website lists the tech update version as "limited content", which doesn't really say anything. How limited? What characters have routes, how far along, and what characters are still waiting their turn? Is there an up-to-date list or wiki that lists this info?

As per the developers official support/PR person from this thread " A few dozen Cookie Jar scenes mostly on Jenny and Debbie, most of the original teacher content, and several other lewds. "
Which is almost nothing compared to the old version. This is a like a tech demo right now unless you are a fan of the few that are included so far.
The new version is also being developed at almost world record pace for slowest game development, so play the old version if you want a decent sized game.

If you have "install third party apps" enabled on your Android device, then all you need to do is download the APK, select it on your device, and choose install. Which is exactly what that link I shared with you said.

- Go to where you downloaded it. select it.

in addition, It looks like you unpacked the APK. That is not what you are supposed to do. None of the three times I have shared how to do this have I ever said to unpack the APK.
In fact my FIRST reply to you specifically stated NOT to do that:
you need to use the Internet to learn how to do this. Hell, the AI will give you the steps and probably share a video link following each steps on how to install a third party APK.

Hint? What hint? At the start of the game, the story of EVE never says anything about her being transgender. The story is just that she’s our classmate, close to us, and she invites us to check out a rap battle at night. Her design is based on an emo girl, she likes drawing just like a typical egirl. Now tell me, which part of the story actually hints that she’s trans? I’ve been playing this game since the very first release. I played it back when it only had the sex route with Diana, back when the art was still the old design. I never saw any ‘hint’ you’re talking about in the story that EVE was transgender. Not until they redesigned EVE and finished rewriting her storyline did they suddenly add all this futa/trans stuff. So don’t bullshit me by saying it was there from the start.

Secound she tells the mc numeral times that she got this big body secret , thats why she wears baggy clothes and refuse to dress girly. She dosn't want to use the changing room in school as well. As for the choice she literally askes you if you are willing to fuck a male's ass , after witch you get a big warning screen. If you wish her to be a girl just select the dialog option and you are all set. But remember steEve is canonically trans. The car crash scar story is just made up , so she can be a girl for the people who faint just at the sight of an other dick on the screen. Like yourself apperantly. I personally dont give a shit about emmo girls or boys , so i played her chapter just to progress the story with the goth girl.

I remember Eve being in a car accident and you had to choose wither or not Eve had a scar or not. If you choose scar, Eve was a woman, if you didn't choose a scar then Eve was a trans. That is what I remember about Eve. But at no point do I remember any short of dialogue about her being a trans until after you choose the option of her being trans yourself. Unless my memory is bad and I completely overlooked some of the dialogue. I just remember seeing Eve and I thought to myself "That's a cute emo chick. You're on the list to bang after I bang my sister Jenny." Only to find out that the stupid rap minigame was harder than I thought and had to go and raise my charisma.

No. And the end is many years in the future. The developer has no desire to "finish" this-- From #7 of the General section of my FAQ:
Dark Cookie has not shared any plans of completing or finishing Summertime Saga - since at least 2017, DC has stated as long as they enjoy what they are doing, have ideas, and fans want more content, they will keep developing. There is enough content from developer's own list and from polls for this game to remain in development into at least 2027 or later. Based upon DC's conversations in his Picarto streams, he has visions of over 200, if not 300, different characters for players to interact with before he even considers this game ready to end - currently, there are already more than 100.
