If you want a lot of content without save compatibility and not being updated.... Play v0.20.16
If you want to play with updated GUI, 16:9 display ratio with minimal content that is being updated every two months... Play v21.0.0
Before , there is very little content in the later version and not much improvement in terms of art. Some animations are better and the art looks a bit smoother like AI made it. But you get a character and a half in terms of content compared to the dozens of girls in the old version.

Much more comprehensive list of changes to dialogue. I checked almost every line of dialogue and made sure it flowed correctly. This is not just a simple name change for the characters, but whole blocks of lines are back to their 14.5 version of the game (the last version that has incest). New dialogue written for this tech update also were taken into consideration since DarkCookie is adding new story beats. I'll try to make the dialogue conform to their familial relationship as much as possible. I also modified the art asset to fit the new widescreen resolution of the game, and will continue doing so as needed.

Relation Tweaker Mod is not compatible with my patch. However, I recommend using this one instead if you want to customize the relationship between characters. This patch allows step relations or mixed step/incest relations. It works with the new tech updateonly.

Hey there. Is that the only error with the Tribute Mod? Basically Tribute Mod is possibly referencing a dialogue that I "removed", so I might move around the dialogue for Tribute to recognize it.

It's not literally a bug, but I run into a problem with Mrs Ross's route. She asks the MC to pair up with Mia so they can draw each other, and I have to ask Eve to lend me her art pad, but when I go to see her in the afternoon in the hallway, (Chad is right there behind her) I have no choice of dialogue to ask her for her art pad and so she doesn't ask the MC to fetch her backpack from the park. In fact, I think Eve's quest has gone beyond that, as she doesn't go into the park at night since the prank on Tyrone and his gang (stink bombs in their backpack).
*Mia's route also seems stuck. I've already bought and given the box of doughnuts to her father, and Mia has asked the MC to come over in the evening, but there's no dialogue option other than to study and chat.
*The situation with Mia was resolved as Mia spontaneously once again asked the MC to come back in the evening
Is there any way of validating this point(s) with the console or another tool?

You should read the changelog, or look at the main menu spash screen or at least do a little research. v21.0.0-wip.5605 has very little content migrated over at this time.
Where you are "stuck" is likely the end of available content.
