I don't know, maybe it s me, but this WIP version it's broken. I dunno, I can access everything even the bank vault Is open right from the start , i took a briefcase from I don't even know what that is, maybe it's just like this? But it seems a "little bit " off to me that MC can access the bank valut just like that. I'm afraid there s something not going as supposed to be with this version. Should I play the pre tech version?

If you haven't played this game before, then yes, play the pre-tech (or stable). It is the most complete, even tho it's buggy and hard to update.
Oh lord so I have to start all over anyway thx a lot for answering. Jeez I feel sad
what is this now 14 months of just the debby and jenny story updates? remember when they would pump out a whole massive chapter with multiple characters and story lines in 3 to 4months.

Nope. it's 14 months of Debbie updates. Jenny was already completed.
Not true. It took at least 2, if not 3 or more updates at 3-4 months per character - depending upon the character's scenes. Jenny and Debbie have the most of any of the other characters. When you are thinking about updates that COMPLETED storylines in the past - those characters already had some content attributed to them and were being wrapped up.

I honestly don't know how the fandom reacted to this reboot, but for me it was a blow. Years of updating only to reboot and remake the whole game. I rewatch these scenes from the new version in the cookie jar, and it's ridiculous, absolutely the same scenes. The only ones that seem to have changed are Debbie's.

Short answer: that's a lot of work... if it ever happens, likely after the tech update is out of preview version.
Long answer: every character is dynamically created using layers in each scene during dialogues, etc (there are layers for heads, faces, torsos, hands/arms, etc). That would require first having all the layer assets required in the nude that match the pose for that dialogue (which may or may not exist) and then all of those positioned within the scene where they belong. For reference, Debbie has 2000+ layer images in her art folder (Jenny is another 1600+ and all the characters have a total of about 13,700 layer images, combined). See this thumbnail sheet of 1/6th of Debbie's layer images as an example:
These are the images that the staff on the dev team in charge of posing have to select the correct images and layer properly in each scene. At least now in v21.0.0 there is supposedly a standard naming scheme for each layer - in the older version it was FUBAR because it appeared that DC didn't keep a regular naming scheme, overall.

This is insane work lmao. Should help them a lot to produce scene but the initial time spend seems crazy

The base game remains intact, but since they're remaking the game there are about 7 new scenes, but it will be a few more years before they finish it, so don't worry.
