Short answer: that's a lot of work... if it ever happens, likely after the tech update is out of preview version.
Long answer: every character is dynamically created using layers in each scene during dialogues, etc (there are layers for heads, faces, torsos, hands/arms, etc). That would require first having all the layer assets required in the nude that match the pose for that dialogue (which may or may not exist) and then all of those positioned within the scene where they belong. For reference, Debbie has 2000+ layer images in her art folder (Jenny is another 1600+ and all the characters have a total of about 13,700 layer images, combined). These are the images that the staff on the dev team in charge of posing have to select the correct images and layer properly in each scene. At least now in v21.0.0 there is supposedly a standard naming scheme for each layer - in the older version it was FUBAR because it appeared that DC didn't keep a regular naming scheme, overall.
