Went to check and it seems that it isn't. This is a message posted a few days ago: "The game is almost ready for it's first release, just need to polish it some more and render animations. Which will take quite some time, my spec wasn't meant for working with 3d graphics software and it takes hours to render something short and I can't leave my pc rendering ir shota porn or someone would start asking questions I don't want to answer."
Honestly, I expected this ever since he stated his interest in Blender, unless you got a VERY good PC, rendering takes a long time. After that he said a little about how he isn't a finding a good Elizabeth model for Blender, and the available models have a bunch of technical problems, so he finished that part with this " it's either wait until I finally get a good model, swap Elizabeth with some other character or release the game without NW content, I have enough of my own to back it up. I'm not a great artist or programmer but I'm a good writer and I think you'll find the in-game story satisfactory."
He finished with this: "I need someone to do some proofreading for me too cuz my einsglisch is kinda fucky, I'll ask on some forums for help. Oh, and I changed the name of the game from The Neighbour's Wife to Blooming Ivy, just to avoid confusion between what's Sum's and what's inspired by his work/mine."
