From what I have been able to read yes, there will be a "Standard Version" and a "10$ Version". The difference tends to be 1 or 2 scenes. Sum said that the patreon version would have an orgy scene with all 4 or 5 women in it, not sure if that is the only extra scene for patreons.

2. If there's no link for the individual video, can anyone describe what the addition is to the extended version? I've already seen the public release one, so I'd like to know what happens on top of that to see if I want to download the extended one.

Yes it is, I believe its 4 scenes and 2 of them are animated
