I feel like the blame could be on the VA he picked. I saw one or two posts where he did mention having to wait on them so I suspect they got angry at him and held him up.

That sounds highly unlikely. It's sumthndifrnt, anything and everything is an excuse to do less work.

I once had hope that I would be able to see NW3 or anything new. I kinda miss the SFM days. Yeah, quality can't be compared to Blender at all but there was so much competition that they need to take their own deadlines seriously to not get forgotten by the new hotness project/artist.

Howdy

Today's short is a secret orgy in a hotel, there was going to be a bit of a story to this and it was going to be longer but I just didn't have the time to get the rest done after getting the animations done :(.

Quick little update on the project, good news and bad news, bad news is the actress that I was working with blindsided me with quite a steep price increase after receiving all the drafts so I had to cancel it with her, ($270 for 6 mins work seems overkill to me), I was going to say f*ck it and just use stuff I have already but the good news is I have a different lady working on it already who is doing it for less than half that, unfortunately though, I cant pay her for the work until next month as I don't have the funds but once she is paid, I should get the files and be on the way to finally getting it done.

I am going to try and get a something a bit more lengthy out in the coming weeks.

$270 for 6 min is nothing. Sounds like he's blowing the majority of his patreon cash on something else. I thought he had a job on top of this as well, there's some serious mismanagement going on here.

I think he still has the another job, because he thinks his patreon would be taken down anytime.
