With Sumthing's new style, I don't think we'll see any more bestiality content, even their bestiality projects are no longer available on their Mega archive.
With shota it is possible, somehow Sumthing managed to avoid Patreon's rule against shota/loli content, although from what I've read, it is very easy to avoid that rule with shota
Too bad. I think the previous models in Man's Best Friend 1 and 2, Fallout, K9 etc are better and sexier than these newer ones.
