I'm using bittorrent web version and I dont see any option to do what you said to do
It has to look either like "Insert Torrent Link" or "Insert Magnet" or something among those lines. If the option doesn't show up then you should install a p2p client on your PC (I recommend qBittorrent). Just copy and paste the whole line of text and it has to work, I just tried it myself.

He's having trouble finding a voice actress, and he's going to have another short ready for next week. He's very excited about this new project, he says that he thinks the animations are certainly better than the older works, and that some are by far the best he's ever done.

That's exactly what I think for what I've seen in the gifs. It's indeed, by far, the best animation he has done til this day imo. I am also very excited for it =D

I wouldn't get too excited. He has a habit of putting the best scenes in the teasers. Then when the delayed full version comes out it's stuffed with image stills, bad dialogue, reused audio, and horrid camera angles for the majority of the action.
While that is certainly true, I think we can still be rather optimistic about this one. Consider the following:
- Image stills: On past Blender shorts these were used more for exposition and context rather than suddenly stopping the action in order to transition to other sex scene, pose, story, etc(except for that Tifa short, but it wasnt so bad). I do think that Sum learned from the criticism NW2 got in that regard.
- Bad dialogue: Yeah not much I can say here. Personally as long as it makes some sense, it's fine (best example I can give: Story between Kirsty/Jamal or Becca/Busta).
- Reused Audio: THE CLAP is inevitable, accept THE CLAP. Or, like me, hope that is not spammed troughout the whole thing.
- Horrid camera angles: Some of these were used to hide model clipping or the like in SFM, also to be suggestive at times. But it seems that Sum really liked them or something because it is still used in all Blender shorts. This is honestly my biggest issue with any of Sum's projects, let's hope he pulls a MBF2 and there isn't much of it.
