Just finished the whole game.... An interesting story, a little bittersweet but good overall.
Have not seen the whole lot of the endings, which I suppose had to do with the MC being in a relationship with Nicole or not.
What I like of MrDots is the idea of cohesion of the games, they take place in a small universe where even characters from the other games made by the dev make appearances here and there, it gives a really good feeling of wherever the place is, is a physical place and since is a small place, is normal for you to bump into characters from the same universe, well thought and set up
I would really have liked for a different kind of ending:

some are nic, mc and 1 of girls or ashley 3some ending.
harem isn't dots m.o.
plenty of sex with mothers but mc's mother has either died or left way before game starts.
No MC's mother died before the story begins. Incest is technically only with half sisters. You can sleep with mother figure (father's ex girlfriend/half sisters' mom. Technically can't call her stepmom as she never married the MC's father)

Just finished the game, crazily I generally have feeling's to say something about game, story and all first; but this time, it seems its more important to mention this
Now as for the game,
I liked it, got to be with my fav char till the end and be happy. I didn't play 3 paths but rest are covered (don't plan on playing those).
Game has high's and low's, not to mention so much clueless MC lol. But it was very enjoyable.

to the end but then needs to add "some" points to get all endings before final chapter (easy cheat) or before choice screen comes up (bit more difficult cheat).
game was meant to be played 1 girl/woman at a time.

1. Yeah used the walkthrough mod, I always use it. Gives me option to explore everything and making correct choices even if I didn't want to
