Just finished the game. This is hands down one of the longest games i've ever played along with games like Red Dead Redemption 2 or Witcher 3.
I don't have much free time 'cause i'm an adult with a full-time job, and it took me little over a month to finish it! I would like to thank the team that worked on this wonderful game, especially the writers. It was a great adventure, and i got my eyes on anything MrDots and his team would make in the future now.

Man I was so shocked and disappointed when the twins revealed their that they're hookers and run that prostitution ring. On top of that they were trying so hard to claim it's not really illegal and that those young girls from the church knew what they were getting into (not at all believable, those girls were manipulated). So many lies.
And then, on top of all that, they essentially try to bribe the MC with sex.
I think this was the first time playing an AVN that I've actually rejected a girl/girls that I find attractive. So annoying.
Finally, then I'm not even given the choice of keeping their crime ring secret or not, the game forces me to keep it quiet. That kind of railroading is also frustrating and weakens the illusion of choice.
And then, on top of all that, they essentially try to bribe the MC with sex.

TBH the sisters were manipulated, too to get there. They do finally end it to keep their younger sister out.

I saw that they quit when the father refused to keep their sister out but that's still far too little, far too late.
And I don't think the twins were manipulated. At least it doesn't seem that way to me based on what they said and how they interacted with the father after the reveal.
The twins literally said (when they claimed that they this time were really really telling the truth...) that they started the prostitution to get money and that they then got greedy and escalated the thing to recruit and sell the other girls.

I'm wondering if the storyline where Sis and Victoria had a past relationship in college is considered canon. This scene only occurs if the MC is in a relationship with both Sis and Victoria, which I think most players would choose to do. Afterwards, there's even a threesome scene with all three characters. However, the crucial point is a scene early in Chapter 3 where Nicole receives a video of the MC having sex with only Victoria. This specific scene only triggers if the MC is in an exclusive relationship with Victoria, meaning they cannot be in a relationship with Sis.That creates a contradiction in the storyline, because I was in a relationship with both the younger sister and Victoria, and I did get the threesome scene with them. But the scene where Nicole receives the clip ends up being the one that’s only supposed to trigger when you're in a relationship only with Victoria. So, I'm really confused about the backstory between Sis and Victoria.

only backstory between those 2 is what's ingame. hyperserver could tell if it's canon or not.

I found the unlockers linked in the OP did not work properly with the Steam version and it also missed a replay entry for Chapter One. I updated it to work with the Steam and it also should be backward compatible with the individual chapters here.

I really don't know. I never had a problem with losing them. They should be saved in the 'persistent' file. Have you deleted/changed your saves? What happened before and after they disappeared?

I resumed playing from an "Auto save" because my PC turned off by itself. However, if I resume from my save file, I still find nothing among the doughnuts and the peeping tom images.
I also noticed that I have the "Doughnut Reappearing" option enabled.

Guessing, I believe your persistent file has been corrupted due to the auto shutdown.
Because they are not listed as collected in your persistent, the game is giving you the option to collect them again.
