God I wish we could get like a Maid Lain mod for this, the stupid thing is saying I have completed every event, problem is the changelog from the last time I played says Ferocitease, 6 events, but how the fuck do I get to whoever that is when the hints or whatever its called says I have done everything.

Seriously, guys, it's not as hard as you make it sound. On MC's last patrol with Chrys, they are attacked by a T-Rex, manage to knock it out, discover the T-Rex is actually a girl, and return to the Academy with her. Then your first move should be visiting the garage again to question her - as the in-game text clearly tells you to do. In the morning after the revelation, a meeting with the girls is auto-triggered, and your next move should be visiting the bedroom next to Riley's the next morning -again, as the in-game text says you'd do. From then on, all the hints are available in the new Felicity tab in the heart icon.

It's not broken in the official build. Are you sure you don't have any conflicting mod installed?

i'm pretty sure it's explicitly stated that she has two powers. That her strength and durability are separate, but that her having both is what allows her to use the great degree of super strength that she has. Traditionally, you'd be right that super strength and super duribility would be one and the same power. But it's like how in some media immortality gets separated from invulnerability when typically invulnerability is part of immortality.

I'd say MC would copy both given how he copied both of Mrs Powell's powers. If MCs power is to copy powers I don't think the number would be the issue.

Again, I'm almost positive it was said that Mrs Powell actually has two powers, but they tend to work together as one. I'm pretty sure this was explained around the time we were told that there's no "flying" power. That everyone who can fly are using a different power in a way that allows them to fly. So Haper can fly by lifting herself with power, as can Reily. Someone who can manipulate gravity could fly by removing gravity for themselves as an example.

I'd say the artificial power can't be copied at all. The artificial power is a temporary power granted by the drug. The way I see it is that MCs power copies the parts of peoples DNA that grants them their powers and adds it to his own. The borrowed powers from the drug don't actually alter the useres DNA, otherwise Felicity wouldn't have the problem she does. She'd have taken the shot, and have the shapeshifting power forever. But she doesnt, and her body can't replicate the power. So, to me, ut makes sense that MC can't copy the fake powers, there's nothing there to copy. Darkvision is Felicity's own power, it's in her DNA so MC was able to copy it.

Also, and not aimed at you specifically, but it occured to me, that the reason MC has been able to copy some powers faster than others is the ones he copied pretty easily are the ones that are consstantly "on". So Mrs Powell's duribility and Felicity's darkvision, they're both pasive powers, not active powers like all the others. Lighting girl's powers have some passive aspect to them which is why they can copied pretty fast if not masterfully so. Like MC was passively "currupting" Artemisia with the energy power, it wasn't an acitve use of the power.

I didn't remember the conversation about Mrs Powell having the two powers and how it makes sense for her to be the only one with super strength still in active duty. Thanks for refreshing my memory. It does make a lot of sense in making her unique in the game world.

immortality and invulnerability are actually two different powers. immortality means you don't die from natural causes, but you can still be killed. invulnerability can mean super durability with limits, or that you can't be defeated and/or killed, depending on the story and characters.

But the serum does change something in people's body as Ferocitease is dying now because of it. was her DNA changed (though not the part that enables powers) or did her body adapt too much to the unexpected new power ?

good catch for the passive/active aspect of powers. people would "train" and adapt much quicker for passive and always on powers for sure, so mastering them would come faster and naturally. which is puts Riley in a new light, kind of, as it shows even more the dedication she had to train herself from the useless state she was in at first to actual flying and pseudo super strength.

see? it was mod's fault.

why even needs mod is mystery.

URM is really helpful to understand and get a good sneak peek into the building blocks of the games it's pure curiosity, and allows to peer into the mind of the dev a bit
it also definitely works with the game as long as you don't force changes that are not supposed to be possible in the logics of the game.
it also helps a log when you encounter a bug or an actual error from the dev, you can correct it on the spot and move on. no need to wait for a patch/fix.

and i can attest it works with this game without issue.

Well, this game doesn't really need any mod. In Superheroes Suck there are no paths, no galleries, and no choices with significant consequences (just minor dialog changes). You can't miss a scene because everything is rail-roaded, and no mod will tell you what to do when you are stuck better than the in-game hints system, even though it's quite far from flawless. So by installing a mod you are basically risking breaking the game (as with every mod) for no benefit at all.

Dude doesnt you think its presumptuous to decide for others if there is a benefit or not? This here is an ANDROIDPORT, adding features like swipe control, persistent saves and fontsize mods, which are unvaluable on Android. So please dont decide fore me whats a benefit or not.

Sure, an Android port is an entirely different animal and it shouldn't break this game because no android port should mess with game's variables to add those functions... But it seems this one does and it's the cause you are not getting the new content.

My pet theory (no pun intended) is that the serum doesn't work on someone who doesn't already have a power; their bodies aren't attuned to be able to use whatever it is that makes a power happen. Once your power is triggered your body continues to try to exploit it by adjusting your metabolism to accommodate it and has coping mechanisms to allow it to exist in harmony with the rest of the bodily functions. Think of how when boys go through puberty they often become eating machines as their body needs the calories and protein to grow and add muscle mass due to their hormones kicking in. By introducing another power it triggers the body trying to fuel whatever it is, but there is no innate buffer so the body winds up killing itself.

Already tried the OG build, save isnt compatible. Watched the scene using URM now, waiting for a fix.

Usually only one way. OG to mod works fine, mod to OG unfortunately often leads to whitescreen.
