Ok, I finally finished my playthrough with the 3rd. There's some subtle differences. Most people know about the Fairy changing the number to 3rd or 4th depending on your choice. There's also the fact that the 3rd replaces the 4th in most scenes. Also for the people who didn't want to fight Jake in the prison scene.

As for the Ella dead end, Mommy(4th) still gets killed even if you choose the 3rd.

I would not say that, corruption is the deepness of the the link between a superhuman and the monsters, making de-facto his psyche less human and giving him a better/more instinctive understanding of powers, including his own due to that influence but no less, no more.

What is it true though, its when someone is more prompt to violence and murder and understand his power better, he fight more often making him more likely to encounter situations where he must become stronger or die, the "corruption = power" thing is just a survivor bias about those facts.

There although a special case for the MC and Ella as they can "absorb" peoples increasing directly their powers by this way, at the cost of deepening the bond with their own power cause the process himself require to use them plenty and commit de-facto a murder, meaning increasing their corruption.
