The story path stays the same. Us not getting the information doesn't mean its existence gets erased. Plus the fact she warns the MC, instead of letting the dice roll and see what happens, could arguably also be proof she has a soft spot for him that she didn't have before.
Is another way to say what I was trying to say

Training isn't optional
if you do not train you bad end
You misundertood what I said. You need to train, yes, but if you refuse Ella's "reward" during that scene, she doesn't act all buddy buddy with the MC and just tells him to be careful of the raven monster, that's what is optional not the training itself.

Yeah when you told the truth from ella about mind reading ability
she kill MC
maybe She absorb mc abilty after she kill him

My theory about 4th and 3rd power
Dear mommy = Like mystique but majority her power like prof xavier from xmen ( only limited with direct touch not like the 1st )
Dear dad = Monster version From Plasticman DC comic

i have theory dear mommy and dear dad is monster who rebel from their creator ( like venom in marvel) but mommy is the one hellbend want kill their creator
she order ella Even though the 3rd is ella parent for build army and seek secret weapon for kill their Big boss

about the eye i am assuming when he got accident
Mc real eye injured and he became blind
and his father transpalated the new one
but the new eye got special abilty
and the abilty is either shapeshifting or mind reading (the 3rd or 4th )
but the abilty still dormant until MC meet monster and got infected
Huh, never thought about it from that angle before... maybe he indeed has been carrying a monster part with all these years and that's because he managed to attune so well to the transformation. His father seems to be pretty involved with the underworld after all so it wouldn't be a too much of a stretch for him to have acquired a monster part during his "job", and being desperate enough to implant it into his son if his life was at stake. Don't think dad is a monster though, maybe the mom got monsterfied in that incident where she "died" but is probably still roaming... maybe she is that black monster that shows in the bad ending when Ella tries to offer the MC to the 4th?

The same way if you reject Alice ie she is like "was good while it lasted" and if you accept her continue the romance and MC have sex with her.

P.D: How the freaking you romance Amber?

Have you told her you thought she was porn streaming at the beginning or her route ? I didn't, might have an influence.
Also I think I kept joking that we were together the whole time. Maybe that warms her to the idea throughout her route.

Maybe that was my problem...

Then we are back to my original point, I don't see why I should disregard the bad endings as just like you said, us not getting the information doesn't mean its existence gets erased. Even if it's a dead end path, it's not like something absurd or nonsensical happens, it still reflects pretty acurately what would happen if you choose to fight her in that condition and shouldn't be ignored, in fact it "spoils" the existence of that powerful black monster and what Ella actually plans to do with you (at least during that point in time). And she needs the MC alive and stronger like she says multiple times during the game, it's part of her plan, so of course she would give the MC a heads up about the raven as she knows he is very dangerous.

Until which part did you get with her? Did you confront the Dean? Her mother?

I'm just talking to a brick wall at this point. Keep ignoring any other logic than your own and any argument you can't handle, as well as forming wrong "facts". I'm done wasting my time with you.

Eh, I was sincerely trying to understand your point, I didn't ignore anything, it just didn't make sense to me that you discredit the bad endings as non-canon but says the optional scenes are canon even if one chooses not to see them... but very well, we have been in a circular argument long enough I guess, time to drop it and agree to disagree, no hard feelings.

Is the first dead? unless I'm just dumb because I don't think i've seen it get killed before in my playthrough. Unless it was during the fight at PM's building... then im 100% just glossed over.

also I think of the dead ends as more information that is given, such as motivations, actions of what if you chose that, and it would be a defined way of how things would end. It's kinda like world building but with less implications that the Mc knows versus rather us the player knowing what's happening, like exposition.

Then again I don't think ive seen most of the dead end routes. Most ive died to is in the klaus arc because being bad.

While I generally agree with you and disagree with the other guy, I am compelled to mention that this is character growth rather than secret knowledge.

It is entirely plausible for her to develop affection for the MC in some paths and does not develop in others.

Anyone got any theories on what the next version will tackle plot wise? My gander (or at least my hope) would be one of 2 ways:

A. Upon being taken by Nico, H.E.R.O forces us to join them (which seems unlikely because Tiffany's Dad said they'd have to push back the time table due to our appearance). But I would still like to see us as a background Hero either as stealth or reconnaissance until we get strong enough to break free in a back stabbing manner (kind of like The Boys but if Starlight was evil and the others were good).

or

B. We do manage to get away and we train like hell to get to Level 3 and one of Ella's plans puts up some obstacles for our level (because HERO is ridiculously stacked, kinda end game for it's top tier members).

I dunno, what do you guys think? Or would like to see?

There's really no accurate answer currently. If you spare Jake then the 1st is most likely still alive. If you kill Jake then that's were the unknown kicks in because it seems like the 4th and 3rd takes it down(you see their colored tentacles attack him in his plane of reality/space). There's no telling what went on there and it's mostly speculation from me.

As for Dead Ends, I'm of the belief that they're loaded with real info and clues about certain events. After this update, I lean more into believing that they're alternate timelines that exist, separate from the main one, since there's clearly some timelines out there that Deus and Hero want to avoid. That's just how I see it though. Everyone else is free to view it how they please.

I don't even remember any mention of a transplant... that might just be my memory, I'm juggling way too many games, but I only remember mentions of how his face got scared and his eyes fucked up by whatever mysterious incident happened, not anything about a transplant...
The Transplant Part is my wild guess
Remember The mc evolution to stage 2 ?
the one voice told mc not bend knee for the 1st
that voice use symbol The eye
sooo maybe mc's eye indeed special one

My wild guess ?
Mc mom killed by the someone got infected from either the 3rd or 4th ( the one MC didn't Choose )
then MC dad killed the infected
and knowing MC lost his eye decided took the infected eye and transplated to mc

or for better twist and more tragic
MC mom got infected from either 3rd or 4th
but failed become berserk like kenny and hurt MC too
MC dad want stop infected Mom and kill her
he took the eye and transplated to MC
afterall MC father always dodgy about truth Mc mom death

I wonder What MC father job is ?
Maybe Monster hunter ?
he not have superpower
but have power of prep like michael before got infected
it will badass is that true

And about the black monster in the dead end
Maybe that thing Is the big bad the one mommy and daddy want to kill
But That thing too strong Crushing mommy like bug
that why She need army and secret weapon to kill black monster

That's way more than a wild guess... That's a complete fabrication...

I thought that was the 4th or 3rd talking. I originally thought the eye stuff was something special in the past too but it took a backseat or at least felt like it was clarified to be our monster parent projecting through us. It's way too vague for me to confirm it or deny it since I've pretty much just accepted it as our parent and ignored the scenes it appeared in since.

As for the eye implant stuff, I don't have any strong opinions on if it's a monster eye or not. I've had similar thoughts but I just left it as one of many possible things that could've happened. Also didn't we see the MC's eyes during the Deryl bullying stuff? Could just look at that scene again.

TLDR: I thought it was just the 3rd or 4th. It's kind of vague and I don't have any real opinion on it.

Use android apk
i also thought Joi play was the problem, so I install the apk but noticed that the game simply removed scenes that they had at the beginning of the game, for example "the scene of you testing your powers by transforming into someone of your choice, I chose Emily " "options for you to go for a walk on campus" "option for you to return to the party house where the zombie girl will be" and many more options simply disappeared in this update, take the test, start from the beginning and see.
