man when I thought this game can't surprise me any more.... then it takes it to another level. Fuck the next one should be even more interesting than this was.

Thanks for being so patient, it's been a tough past month. Unfortunately, I gotta get you to wait a little longer. There's a bit of a long story behind it, but I'll go into it a bit with you guys so that we're all square.

First off, a straightforward dev problem was that there was a fuckload of bugs in this update that I don't really understand. No idea what I did to fuck the code so hard, but it's taking me a bit to figure out, longer than I was hoping honestly. Usually dealing with bugs only takes a day or two, the shit I code is real simple, just basically the functions of the engine. But yeah, this time not so much.

But to be honest, that issue is pretty minor, the real problem is that it delayed me into the second, big issue. Remember when I said I had environmental troubles a bit ago? Yeah, we'll they fucked me in some pretty unexpected ways. My power has been all kinds of fucked lately, going on and off, shorting at random times. That alone would be enough of a fucking pain in the ass, but it was just the tip of the iceburg as the last time my power fucked itself, it fried half my shit. My hard drive got nuked, including a bunch of really important files and.... all of this next update. So, yeah. Really got fucked on that one. I have backed up earlier versions, but about a month of work just got nuked, so I'm a bit behind schedule. Really behind schedule, actually.

On top of that, due to environmental problems, my house got flooded, which is cool now, it was a while ago. But I've got some damage all over the joint and I got people coming in and out of the house, fixing shit and the power. So it's pretty difficult for me to work right now. I can still do it, but It's kind of awkward drawing tits with motherfuckers walking back and forth behind me.

Next issue is kind of weird. Around where I am, there's a lot of nature shit, trees and stuff, including a lot of animals. And due to the big environmental stuff, they've all kind of gone crazy. Having lizards and frogs and shit in my backyard isn't super weird, but this time I had a big ass fucking snake and it bit me while I was mowing the lawn. So, yeah, I'm kinda not feeling too good. I plan on going to the hospital pretty soon after I post this, but it's gonna be a bit rough.

Mostly due to my next problem. My car is fucked, wind blew down a big fucking tree outside my house and it clipped the bitch, smashed my windshield. Was going to get an uber or something, but the guy I called never fucking showed up. The ambulance was even worse, apparently a meteor hit the hospital just a few hours ago, so there's all kinds of shit going on there. I'm not sure what I'll do, I'll probably have to walk.

Anyway, thanks for being so patient. I appreciate it. I know it sucks but that's just life sometimes.

But yeah, April Fools. You wouldn't believe the crunch I had to go through to get the game ready in time for this retarded joke. I'm unironically a step away from just shooting myself in the face.

Tried a different, less extreme memory cruncher to save from having to do a compressed and uncompressed version. Should be good quality but at a decent size, so let me know if you think it looks good.

Even at the point of the snake I was oh, so that's why he wasn't streaming this week. But the fucking meteor hitting the hospital was too much. Still love the guy.

Early impressions of the update. Spoiler free, obviously. It was great and I did enjoy the cast of characters that were focused on in this one. I love a lot of the options I explored through to an end. I will say though that it felt stretched out, a bit? It could just be a me thing, but certain scenes felt needlessly longer than they should've been. It's a pretty miniscule thing, but that was really the only negative thing. As minor as that was.

If I had to rate this update out of 10. I would say it's an 8. Not entirely peak, but has peak moments. I'll come back after the public release with my full impressions.

So the next arc is really truely the last one? It just feels ... way too soon :cry:

And there are still 2 evolutions and whatever possibly could come afterwards left :/ and it kind feels everyone but mc is now railroaded in shortcuts/different ways to get more powerful (and possibly faster) which im not this big of a fan of tbh

I feel like there so much left to explore, so many interesting characters but i guess it wont be explored this in deepth anymore

I don't think it will be the last arc, I bet there will still be more content after version 1.0 or that a superhuman 2 will be made.
