I personaly do think the big three are singular in history.
Why ? Because the Eye in it's second Evolution says :
'' The fact that three such aberations could exist at once is unfathomable''.
'' The fact that they were allowed to thrive is inconceivable''.

This sentence likely stems from the Eye remembering in a flash of memories how the system works, and has worked for time uncountable. Apostles claim their avatars before these become so ludicrously powerful and before they can oppose and resist them.
Aglae is old, but if the Eye is what the theories claim then it is far more ancient and knowledgable, even with it's memories in fragments. So the fact that it seemed so baffled by their existence tells me superhumans of their caliber have not existed before, and if they have then certainly not three at the same time.
Maybe but we've seen Aglæcwif deal both indirectly and directly with Malik and she wasn't quaking in her boots. She's the one whose mentioned that she's seen this all before and predicts that it will all play out as it has in the past.

But my biggest reason is story logic, unless 1 or more of the big 3 end up being the big bad, there's going to be a bigger fish, I would put money on Indra being more powerful than any of them individually, he was probably the Bernhardt of his world.

Definitely, Mc has been a lv3 for far longer than anyone in the group- (Except Deryl obviously), but I don't know. I kinda feel like Mc has not demonstrated the level he's in now, because the dozen transformations on the second he has been training? We haven't seen it in action yet, and I hope in the next update we see it.

But also, it feels like in energy terms Mc has less than Michael or Alice, because not only shapeshifting can't draw THAT much energy, it's also a thing Mc has been training since the start and they should be refined to the point it cost minimal power to shift. But we see Michael and Alice's techniques, how powerful they are and how much damage they can cause to their surroundings (Alice specifically) and it kinda makes it seem that those techniques draw a fuck ton of energy but Alice has so much that it can be compensated.

In summary: Mc could have less energy, but his techniques are so refined that they draw little to no energy, and that may make it seem that Mc has more(?)
MC is more ambush predator than straight up fighter. All his winning tactics so far (attack quickly with full force, run away when the tide starts to shift, hide and reset, start again) are all very similar to IRL ambush predators. For example, if he sneaks up on Alice or Michael, injects them with a gazillion litres of venom and fucks off before they get a hit back and disappears thanks to his unparalleled stealth, there's very little they can realistically do in retaliation. Well, Alice catch him in a gravity well but even that can be baited if MC acts through a proxy tail clone.

Alice and Michael definitely have flashy and destructive moves, but MC isn't necessarily lagging their either, like when he matched Cole's heat beam that touched the clouds above with his own giant scythe move, and was even able to beat it and shatter a good part of the surrounding architecture if he passed a Power check. We just haven't seen him in a serious solo fight for a long time now.

True. We've seen so much about Alice, Michael, Amber and Liz that it looks like Deryl and Mc are being overshadowed. We could say they got their big moment in Cole's fight but that felt more like Cole's big moment, you know, evolution, power ups, glimpses of his past.

I just NEED Deryl and Mc once again in the spot light just like in old times in next update.

Is there any interesting lore or benefits from choosing the Eye instead of the Horn from the shopkeeper? +10 power from the Horn is hard to give up.

The eye can be used as a bargaining chip later in the story, in the Battle of the Diamonds, in the choice where you and Deryl part ways, if you go left, and chose the Eye instead of the Horn, you can choose one of the following things:

• Plan: {You will ask about Ella’s Plan.}

• Worship: {You will ask who the Monsters Worship.}

• Powers: {You will ask why Monsters give Humans Powers.}

• Come From: {You will ask where the Monsters Come From.}

• Greatest Power: {You will ask what the Greatest Power is.}

• Give Strength: {You will ask for Power.}{You will get +10 Power
points.}

• Improve Skill: {You will ask for Skill.} {You will get +3 Skill points.}

Slight point of clarification: You get one of those regardless of if you have the Eye or not, if you go left. The Eye lets you pick two options, or double up on the Power or Skill.

You know I also was counting on Indra being the one to match Malik, but after the last update ? Not so sure anymore.
I'm wondering what happened to tiffany and her sister while we were in the monster world
Nothing good I fear, Xanthe did threaten Dexter that if he isn't given full authority they would not survive the invasion if I'm not mistaken, and he did name Tiffany AND Claudia I believe for experimentation.
Now that I think about it a little, Xanthe and Tanos might've re-joined forces for a temporary alliance, since Tanos and Xanthe aren't really enemies the same way their respective organizations are.

I believe the Mc is gonna rejoin a HERO that has abandoned most pretenses of morality in the face of the invasion.

i think hero and sin will be (reluctantly) allies at this point, everything else would be really stupid if what we saw of earth was w worldwide occurence and not just an exception
i mean sin is on the side of monsters and if earth is getting destroyed they can just hide in a different dimension while i don't think hero can so they can just wait for hero to die so why would they ally with them? and the monster invasion just gives sin more troops.

Uh no? Sin "recruited" the monsters (aos & co) as allies against the monsters invading earth

aos and his army act against the wishes of the apostels (or whoever really wants/decides all this stuff)

at least thats how i understood it.

ok when the fuck did sin recruit them? plus aos said mcs dad he didn't say sin and aos only wants to save earth because he has some human left, his army just wants blood and murder. and sin literally said that they will get as many monsters as they can multiple times throughout the story. and i doubt sins leader will help or team with hero seeing as how he likes keeping his secrets. and aos isn't fighting just against the apostles plus they aren't the only ones involved in this cycle of human worlds getting destroyed and he doesn't even know who's actually in control no one we have met so far does and if they do why would they tell us and how would they know? and i doubt even his entire army or even hero can do shit against it seeing as how multiple worlds that had more powerful and smarted beings then them got wiped out and even he himself literally died and is on borrowed times.

Aos and MC's dad are working with Tanos, and Tanos is basically S.I.N's leader...

Aos said Tanos is their boss. Steven and Syla are/were involed too. Seems like Syla started (the preparations for) a rebellion and Tanos was part of it like Aos.

Bro ... what are you saying here? I genuiely dont know whats the point of this text other than that you think sins leaders wouldnt ally with hero for the defense of mankind because he likes .. his secrets ???

I agree it would be really stupid. I also think it's going to happen. All the players involved want roughly the same thing, "humanity not being killed by monsters", but they all want it to happen on their own terms so they can be the ones on top of the heap when it all settles out. I can all too easily imagine S.I.N. and H.E.R.O. sabotaging each others' plans instead of coordinating, because they're arrogant enough to think they can fight a war against the monsters and their fellow humans at the same time.

Tanos isn't formally in charge, but he does have a lot of influence on the organization. Officially Langdon and his fellow megacorp CEO friends are the ones in charge, but Tanos will probably gain more and more control over S.I.N. as they turn to his scientific expertise for solutions.
Yeah that's fair enough. The point is, he is also against the invasion, since he's working with Aos. Or at least, Aos thinks he is.
