It's too early to compare MC to them. Evolutions are exponential. One more and MC may be able to beat any Chosen. You can never know what will happen in just one update. It's just how it works.

Power. She gives +30 later during the Banshee Hunt. While money is a lot and you get it earlier, you can buy majority of Shop Keep items from doing hunts and the SIN Initiation later.

Yeah, the only thing you won't be able to buy is the Raffle Ticket from the latest update. Even if you do everything else to max out money, you should be around $15k short of it. Of course, that's only if you buy every other item Shopkeep has. If it turns out that the Ticket is really good (since it hasn't done anything yet) then you could skip some of them to save enough for it.
