Am I the only one who feels like instead of Memory the 4th should have been Mind or the literal consciousness of the body which also consists of memory but it contains way more but since Weirdworld doesn't want MC to be too op he made it only memory

Memory isn't just your memories though, it's also your genetic structure, DNA.
If it was Mind, he wouldn't be able to copy the DNA of other organisms. The Arbiter trait of Evolution also wouldn't make sense if it was the combination of Body and Mind.
Mind also sounds like it would overlap a lot more with Authority and Fantasy.
Lastly, these powers aren't just arbitrary like mutant powers in the X-Men. They come from the Apostles, which all seem to be aspects of God/the universe.
I'm assuming this is meant to mean that Mars is just bigger in this universe then it is irl, kind of like how the Superhuman version of earth has different landmasses.
