No, it doesn't, because there's no reason to think Indra is (or was) incapable of using radiation, or any other form of energy.
I'm saying it may just be preference, that he may just like lightning more than radiation.
We technically wouldn't even know Michael is capable of using lightning if he hadn't fought Met.

I wouldn't call it a point in your favour. We've barely seen Indra. The only time we saw him for a significant amount of time, he was fighting someone who doesn't use energy attacks and made him forget a lot of what he can do in a fight.
There's no reason to think Indra is incapable of absorbing energy just because of what we've seen (and haven't seen) so far.
My point is that we did get a good demonstration of Michaels abilities, he showed abilities that are very in line with what Power itself demonstrated while Indra hasn't. From a narrative perspective this may be deliberate. There was time in that fight before Syla messed with Indras memories for him to have used anything other than lightning, but he didn't.
Indra had also spent a very long time even before Syla turned against the Apostles challenging her to a fight, she always declined or hid because she was scared of his lightning. If he could use other types of energy attacks he could have offered to use those instead, but presumably didn't.

As I've admitted before, this is speculation based on little evidence. But based on that evidence I feel there is enough to not just dismiss it based on "maybe he just prefers lightning". Hopefully we will get to see some more Indra action next update and if he does anything other than shoot lightning then my arguments will be entirely moot.
