That's not true, plenty of evidence used in court cannot be completely verified, such as eyewitness testimony. This is why the definition is "...facts or information..."
Even if I concede your point, though, is Aglaecwif's understanding of Ella's character not evidence? Even if that wouldn't be accepted in a court of law, it's clearly presented by WW as factual, narratively speaking.
If it was wrong:
-Why would Aglaecwif give that information?
-Why would she be so confident in it?
-Why would that information be so valuable?
-Why would MC comment on its importance?
Thinking about this from a Doylist perspective, all signposts indicate Aglaecwif is correct.

Actually related, I too killed that scientist for +1 power, and I would only feel bad about it if it was later brought up and you where made aware the character just killed an innocent man, but since that never happened he is just a background NPC

Some of the main characters like Christie and Emily state the exact same line of thinking, that as bad as killing a bunch of kids is, Ella is someone they knows, Christie thought much more of the fact that Ella spared her than the killing and Ella seems to embody that to a great degree, caring little for people she doesn't know.
For me, I could tolerate high corruption killing a bunch of background npc's but not hugging your mom during your emotional farewell, nope, can't do it.

I see there's an argument abt Ella and her morals (didn't follow itnor looked it up, I've only seen the last page). Honestly she got shitty moral but most character in this AVN do. I just decided to go with the "I'll fix her" mentality. It's easier and a lot less burdening lol.
Anyway, can't wait for the update to come out.

Honestly I'm quite impressed, an Ella argument was dragged for so much time without going on about the usual things like eugenetics, Jake, Deryl or lv1 vs lv5 (I hope the mother of whoever invented this argument is fucking fertilizer)

Regarding the debate on Ella being evil or not, I get the feeling that the whole point of how WW frames her is that we don't really know for sure. On the surface her actions are undoutably evil and immoral, but as the deeper plot is revealed we start to question the whole basis on how we frame that decision, the weight of one life agains many lives, human life compared to superhumans or even immortals, and the value of the life of a stranger over that of a friend. There have been plenty of hint that HERO unchecked would lead to a dystopia.
The MC can go down a more moral or corrupt route and get different experiences as a result and with only 1 playthrough I dont know how much that affects the scenes in the game.
I know that my opinion of Ella shifts regularly between 'kill her now' and 'does she really know some deeper truth that evades the rest of us?' and all the while I am unsure if she is right or wrong or if I am simply being swayed by my dick.
