I don't know if it's possible, but this update certainly gave a lot of emphasis to the possibility of MC getting his girlfriends pregnant, he certainly already has a son with Aglaecwif, but the question is how he will get around the supposed impossibility that superhumans have of getting women of their own species pregnant.

As you alluded to, it's not that superhumans are sterile, but that each superhuman is effectively their own species due to the changes to their DNA their trait makes.
MC can alter his DNA. With enough control, he should be able to alter it enough that he's genetically close enough to a given girl that he can impregnate her.

We may unironically get gender-bending. Deryl's most likely path to increased power is to do what his monster self did, and fuse with a chimera after letting them cultivate their power. However, he also said that after absorbing all his existing clones (which he has), his monster self's plan was to create a female clone and fuse with that. The Rebis is a hermaphrodite, after all. It's a symbol of alchemy's ability to unite the incomplete into a perfect whole, that it has both male and female characteristics. So it's entirely possible that we might get a female Deryl clone running around for a while, presumably with our Deryl controlling the body at all times due to not wanting to repeat what happened with his other proxies. Deryl having two bodies, one of which is female, may actually be what happens.

I thought kink shaming was a term used when people were made fun of for liking certain kinks. But I didn't do that, I just said that I agree with the walkthrough author in saying that ntr is disgusting. I didn't make fun of our friend, I just gave my opinion. the guy got angry because of the walkthrough author's comments, he seems to be someone who likes ntr, there is no need for a guide to enter Liz's ntr route, if you leave her with the ugly bastard her route starts, so I don't see any reason for him to complain.

It seems that Deryl had sex with at least one in Monster World (he mentions as much during Liz NTR route in last update) and it seems implied that he also has exchange with Aglaecwif if you choose different tunnel, so it doesn't seem entirely exclusive. But if I had to guess, probably both MC and Deryl have abilities suitable for increased chance of impregnating monsters

Edit: Actually now that I think about it, Deryl also says that he is basically still a monster, so maybe that's the reason. On the other hand he was still a clone during Aglaecwif scene...
