They use their own power to fuel it, I think it would be very cost effective to get that sure fire kill. But Syla was just using it as a stall, she didn't have access to anyone stronger. From a writing perspective that moment was a way of showcasing just how strong Indra is by putting him against established characters/

We don't know the details on skill, this is all just guess work, what we do know is that Nyx was worried about fighting a much weaker monster because she was aware of how dangerous it was, so what we do know is they can use memories to punch far above their weight.

I think you've taken the line about memory doing weak direct damage too literally as in they can't ever be good at it, they can't shoot out laser beams directly, but they can indirectly.

I would strongly hope otherwise and his talk with Xanthe about powers not being tied to the body was a way for WW telling is he wouldn't be doing that. Shapeshifting and memory is not lacking for options, I would rather see the MC develop those instead of stealing someone else's.

I'll grant that those monsters of Syla's line are good at direct damage, but they are only one monster of the memory line. Sure, some can become good at direct damage, but that line most likely means that the majority of monsters that use memory powers would be poorly suited to direct combat. Syla's line is an exception, not the rule. It is, again, the reason why she focused on the more realistic goal of erasing Indra's memories, and not killing him.

Do you guys have any predictions on how it will end?

Mine is probably 100% wrong, but based on the vibe, I predict the ending will be pessimistic and gloomy.

I imagine the MC fighting the last boss of the season, but he loses the fight and is left to die.

And that's the point where he evolves to level 4.

The story would end there, with an epilogue showing the world burning in hell, his friends and family scattered and missing.

Last scene would probably be like MC waking up.

Well, that's just how I think it might end based on the vibe and my feeling, lmao.

lol Not even Attack on Titan was as frustrating as this scenario you described hahaha. Well, I think the protagonist will reach level 5 at an extremely critical moment after overcoming or merging with his internal entity. The setting would involve monsters and entities having already wiped out almost 100% of HERO, in addition to millions—if not billions—of people, perhaps even literally destroying the world bit by bit.

In this scenario of complete chaos, we see the shadows of those who will fight for humanity:

  • The MC (Level 5 + full control),
  • Ella (reborn and fused with the little one at a certain point),
  • Michael (after decades enduring the hellish training in the monsters' world),
  • Deryl (an essential piece for everyone's salvation, for some reason that will likely be revealed by Lochan DEUS),
  • Alice, who will also be extremely powerful for some reason,
  • Amber and Liz, whose evolutions I can’t predict, but their twin bond combined with inhabiting the same body will create something never seen before.
This paints an epic picture of humanity's last stand amid unimaginable devastation.

eh, i put the the crap in there for ntr a while ago when it was being memed, but i never really brought it up again, if you wanna call it kink shaming go ahead but yeah its pretty easy to go through the ntr route and i didnt feel like covering it, i may at some point but yeah it is my biased walkthrough

Yeah I understand that, also it's normal that with your product made entirely by you can come some personal opinions, tho I was talking more of the concept because your insignificant gesture can easily create a turmoil and can really scare off people that otherwise could enjoy the game.

Also yeah NTR route is easy but so like most of the game, so whatever.

I don't see that at all if you actually look at the intended purpose of the scene, and now you've gone from memory is weak at damage to memory is bad at combat. Do you believe the mom in that amazing spectacle was suppose to be weak? The complete opposite, she was very strong but it was set up to show her killer was just that much stronger so he becomes a goal for the MC to overcome.
