At first I thought Memory users would be skillful and would sought out knowledge, using their innate skill to understand and see memories, they would be a master of combat. At a touch they could know things, others sought out all their lives to learn and achieve. but no, Mom and the third keeps shapeshifting like the body lineage, and mom is, lets just say mentally challenged. Ella from the body lineage displays more control of her powers and knowledge than that of memory users, though that's thanks to her mutation and gaining her eyes.

Iirc WW said that MC is 50% Body, 49% Memory and 1% something else, if the taint is just 1% more body I think he'd just admit it, since it wont become important. I lean towards the belief that its Dark because of the conv between Varavn and Syla

The fourth injected the Mc with some kind of liquid, in their first encounter, which reminds me of how the Mc injected jake with poison in their battle. So I am thinking that maybe the fourth added the memory of a monster like the one that got Angelina, to enlarge the Mc's penis, to its mostly human form in that encounter. Similar to how the mc's mom took on Eisheth's form in the dream world and used her power, the fourth did something similar and used some other monster's power or characteristics. As a result, it wasn't her own power transforming the Mc.

Seems like a lot of dancing just to avoid the fact that Ella just doesn't know everything about Apostles. Especially in the early section of the game, where she didn't even notice the 7th descending. Even though there was blatant signs that even MC noticed. Such as the sky turning darker in the middle of the night. Not to mention, Ella already said they both have transformative powers. There's no reason to try to rationalize the 4th doing something different to MC just to say Ella is right. If you're taking her words that they can't change others, then there's no reason to ignore the part where she said both can transform themselves.

That said, we'll get our definitive answer during the 1.0 release, since the inconsistencies from the earlier parts of the game will get fixed. As WW acknowledged that the scaling and scope is much lower because he didn't know if superhuman would be a full game. For example, Lexi using her full power at Level 5 only caused a 7.0 Earthquake that shook buildings against Ella. That's Level 4 range. Depending on the power, you could potentially go lower to even Level 3. So that's why WW said he'll be fixing some of that.

What lineage would Nyx be from?

Probably 2nd, 7th, and 9th. At least, definitely 2nd and 7th, if nothing else. Likely a spread of other things as well, since she unlocked some memory based powers from corruption.

That's not necessarily a lie though. She was talking about the body trait specifically if I'm not mistaken, and it is true that we've never seen the third manipulate someone's body. It could be that changing the bodies of others is a thing only someone with some access to memory can do.

At least, that is the only thing I can think of instantly that connects MC, Ella, and the fourth. All display at least some amount of capability at changing others, and all have a certain measure of the memory trait (even if Ella's is probably really low). The third is most definitely 100% body, and so wouldn't have that condition.

This also makes sense in that memory seems to grant the user a certain ability to connect to the world through information, as showcased by MC when the arbiter takes over him. This connection could be what allows memory to alter others, while body by itself can only affect itself by virtue of having no connection to anything else.

Yeah which is disapointing that he doesn´t develop other abilities, in the bad end its shown that by consuming Kenny he gets control over the oil zombies

This VN feels like a fantasy-ish [Idk what genre to call it, emo?] action superhero anime trying to be porn. I never realized until the last update how forced most sex scenes feel. Like you're in a sewer with a girl and you're talking about imp monster stuff, then out of nowhere she wants to fuck and you both have sex with her spouting the usual nonsense overused NPC sex dialogue and then everything goes back to normal. Thats been apparent to a lot of us for a while now. The story and porn are completely disconnected to the point you almost miss nothing if you cut out the sex. I think the Cole fight is the only case where the porn part actually came into play in the story

The dev probably could've just made a very successful webcomic by just cutting out all the porn. But I get the feeling the dev is just a freaky dude who thought "but it could also be porn".

man, liz is the most disappointing character in this game. so for context, i just got to the bonfire scene where deryl is pissed at liz for being nonchalant about getting roofied, and even got drugged in the past (presumably multiple times) and this is after doing the romance/friendship route where you save her from getting pressured and drugged (yep), and she just says that everything is gonna work out fine because deryl prevented her from getting roofied, like she expects every person who cares about her to save her. i'm not even mad at her character, just super disappointed as she empowers people who do that shit to do it again, and of course i expected character development after finishing her route. i know it's just her personality, but i expected more from her character. sorry about the yapping, i just wanna vent my disappointment on a fictional character.

She's so unbothered about her well being it borders on suicidal but she has enough self-awarness and care she straight up lets you know if you find someone you love more than her you should leave her. You might see her as selfish due to her often abandoning or not even registering common sense and relying instead on others, but if she were selfish she wouldn't have the capacity to make that confession to the Mc.

Yeah i get what you're saying, i guess i just got used to game characters changing when you finish their personal route/quest (even though she actually changed, hence the confession and her willingness to commit to a relationship) i just prefer characters that take care of themselves especially main LI's (like even Mia makes an effort to protect herself, and not rely on her friends too much) and when i finished her route i kinda expected that with Liz especially with what can happen on her quest, i just thought that the point of her route is standing up for herself and not get taken advantage of, and the bonfire scene just kinda threw that away, hence the disappointment, still a great character though

Its not a porn thing, its an optional scene thing, this includes most of the romance and is even more noticeable with characters that can be killed or saved. The overall story needs to continue whether these things happen or not.
