He can evolve further. He just began to monsterfy or thought he was about to monsterfy, the first time he tried naturally before Nyx to killed and revived him. Is your argument that monsterfication is one of the fates of those who aren't suppose to evolve past a certain point? I would respond, "Maybe" but Duncan case is that he's seemingly too scared to try again despite the fact that Nyx can revive him near indefinitely in a controlled environment. I hope we get to do something with Duncan once we get back from the monster world. Enough focus has been placed on him that it doesn't feel right to leave him as a tree. The MC's Memory powers have improved and his strength has grown, maybe that would let him restore Duncan's mind and enable him to focus his energy to undo the transformation.

im probably reading too much into coincidences, but all the "tree of life" imagery in the monster world has me afraid that Ella turned him into a super special tree that for some reason we're going to have to leave alone

i mean nico is basically immune to anyone power if she grows to where she can teleport planets. like what will happen if she teleports the planet to that dimension the portal ring teleported mc to in the dead end where he tried to attack Charlie or if she teleported it into the middle of the strength eater ocean? heck and if she cant teleport planets she could maybe teleport the core if she grows strong enough

Nico has one of those powers that's seemingly reliant on her outside environment to cause damage instead of inner power like most superhumans. Lisa Corven mentioned that Nico is actually weak as far as monster power goes if my memory serves right. Nico's one of those superpowered individuals that starts off being able to do more damage than her similarly skilled and powered peers who will eventually get eclipsed by those with a destructive enough power such as Malik, or Gunvald. Over time against ever-improving adversaries, Nico's power is destined to become less and less of a threat and more of a utility power like Clark. Level Fours and Five can have powers that defy the laws of nature, physics, and perhaps the planes and metaphysics.

At a certain point, she will run out of places to teleport people or summon to people that can damage her target enough to kill them. She already showed immense difficulty fighting Ella and Ella's power isn't even made for DPSing(Damage Per Second). Against someone like Gunvald, or Malik, she would likely die trying to kill them or have to quit and run. So Nico as a DPSer in the future is over.


Power and skill adjusted to being equal with Nico's, Indra would pwn her. Glae would pwn her. Valravn would pwn her. Syla would've pwned her. Light's chosen would've pwned her. Destruction's chosen might even be able to absorb whatever she threw at them. Time's chosen would probably stalemate. Space's chosen could probably cut off her portals or teleport her there instead. Ella might've won in a 1v1 with her. Creation would have a problem with her, I think. Authority would.......bro. Authority would pwn nearly everyone so I'm not even gonna say because it just isn't fair. But afterwards, Authority.....would dominate and enslave her, make her his personal chauffeur and courier like the Aos' people do to Hexenringes. A correctly trained and focused Danica has far more potential than Nico for DPSing. A perfected Danica actually has the most DPS for a single target in a short period of time period shown so far. Elijah has probably the best DPS for a single attack action so far.

It is explicitly easy to make a variant of it, as shown by MC's second evolution.
Xanthe's cocktail is a specific mixture that eliminates the dangers of any simple mixture and Daryl himself admitted that he's not gonna make something of the quality of Xanthe's stuff. Meaning the evolutions of lesser Serums are going to be much rougher on the person imbibing it.

Someone stated that the Big Three were all childhood friends at one point if memory serves right. I would hope Bernie wasn't hanging out with Little Henri and Malik that much.

It seems doubtful for Nico to do by her lonesome ever. Seems she would need either Aos, Alice or Space itself's assistance. There's a lot more afoot than "Bramon is just one man and materials are rare", clearly.

We have no idea how many they've made, we know they don't hand them out like candy, we know they want to limit them to certain key evolution points.

Bramon himself said he only bothers to personally involved with Superhumans of a certain level, making exceptions for the MC's adventuring party because of how uniquely powerful or useful they where.

It seems to make the most sense they require Bramon himself and that other things are just a higher priority than bolstering your average level 1 or 2.

I don't know, has she ever put two of her portals into one another? She seems so sure of herself that I doubt she experiments much with what merging two points in spacetime can potentially do, especially if you manage to apply some additional pressure in the form of Monster Energy,

I'm fairly certain she could black hole people if she tried, I'm just not sure if she'd ever try unless she gets majorly humbled in a manner that is congruent with your earlier explanations. And at that level of power I'm not sure she'd survive that humbling.

I have a strong suspicion that Black Holes aren't going to work on Indra, Gunvald, or Malik. They seem powerful enough to totally ignore the physical damaging effects of one. She's also not fast enough to catch them with one.


A strong enough Truth Chosen could deny its reality. Destruction could probably tank or absorb the damage. Light would still pwn her. She isn't gonna even be able to touch Glae or Henry, a Space or Authority chosen. A Memory Chosen could probably cause her to miss the attack entirely or delete it from existence in dream world like Syla. Her portals didn't even work on a weakened Valrav'n that a level 2 MC could beat almost completely solo depending on their choices. Granted. she'd probably pwn a Body or Creation chosen always and a Memory Chosen in the physical world. 3 out of 12 chosen isn't a good stat for a DPSer. Her future is being a utility support character rather than a front line fighter just like Clark who she talked shit about. Cunt.

Michael was telling to himself that he should have been evolving back then (I think when he was with MC at the lava pool) And then his monster appears and start talking to him and viceversa not with us. His Evo is not just forced, he infuse all the strength from the monster he encounter "The strength, the power, of hundreds of monsters, including some of the most powerful" telling us its more then he can handle making his body to evolve to accomodate it.

Then his monster start talking with him, the conversation is between them not with us if he did talk with us why his monster responds at the end?
When he said will seeing each other again he was talking about his next evo.

I think we should consider MC ability of mind linking everyone together that we could also be "present" for that conversation.

Creation's a support trait. Fantasy at least has the option to fight dodge forever against its peers. But the thing about Creation is that it probably makes you the most valuable to a group of people in comparison to all the other traits. Your ability to be a healer, debuffer, buffer, and engage in crowd control makes you so valuable that unless you are a completely insufferable cunt, no one rational would kill you. Though, it certainly doesn't mean they can't enslave you. It's why Xanthe feel so comfortable doing nearly whatever the hell he pleases. He's the most valuable member of HERO due to his utility and irreplacability. Granted, he isn't confirmed or unconfirmed as having the Creation trait in his genes but it does seem extremely likely considering his son is a Rebis spawn. He isn't turned and he's done so much. Imagine if he was!

Yes in real life you can replicate someone else's work easily enough with the knowledge and expertise, but Bramon is a brilliant man in a superhero setting, that often means they are essential in making them.

I think you may be forgetting just how ahead of the curve Xanthe is compared to everyone else. Xanthe has tech that turns his thoughts into books! His thought books make up entire libraries by themselves. I don't think that it's that people can't duplicate his work or knowledge but that it would take forever. He's been working with monsters and expanding available technology in perhaps dozens of fields, for the entire United World and thus the whole globe for decades. He's probably fathered entire sub-disciplines of knowledge and technology that nobody but him understands. Tanos is but a child in comparison to Bramon. Deryl, not even a mewling newborn. More like, a still developing fetus. He's made a new language that nobody has either enough time. or wishes to expound enough effort to understand.

Bramon's biggest threat currently for losing his status is Deryl, Mia, and MC. MC could literally steal all of his knowledge upon Xanthe's death, and give it to Mia and Deryl to create a new operation off of his life's work.
