Also unless Devana spams bombs, she's gonna have to rely on a shit load of prep to handle threats like Deryl had to in MC and Deryl's first two fights. Bombing spamming probably won't work at the higher levels because the damage output of any bomb she constructs especially without Tanos or Rebis help, isn't going to have enough damage output.

During the HERO classroom scenes and a lot of scenes in the HERO base during the Deryl Arc, you're given a decently through foundation of how powers work. Maybe give those scenes a look if you want more knowledge. You can also check out the miraheze superhuman wiki.

i mean even they themselves say that they don't know the full extent of how powers work in a different scene during that arc sooo. and they also say they don't even know how mcs powers work that they can only study him to figure out and even then then they don't know how plus he hasn't reached level 5 so they don't know the full extent of his powers. so they don't know how all powers work just the ones they have studied and even then they don't know the full extent of ALL powers or what they are or how they work plus they haven't studied ALL powers.
Ella said that she'd teach the MC how to better control multiple bodies after they designed some full body transformations for him to use. I guess the idea is that she wants him to fight like she did against that acid monster, attack with a bunch of different body types from multiple angles. One body occupies the foe's attention while another comes in from the side with heavy weapons.

This is just completely baseless speculations considering we haven't seen how most of the Pure Spawns fight at lvl 3. I don't know how you can say it so definitely like it's a fact. Time also could not stalemate forever even if you assume they have the time loop ability at lvl 3 because they will eventually run out of power.

Yes we have and we know it doesn't work this way. You can refer to the HERO lessons and what Bramon told MC about copying powers. Also I fail to see the point of removing someone's brain physically. If you can do that then you can easily kill them why bother removing their power.
