Stopped when I got to right before heading to the Supreme Minister to see if he fucks MC over or not, and decided to swing around and do a high corrupt run. And then do the two side-by-side.

I got back to the prison arc, and its kind funny how a more aggressive MC ends up taking the more humane option when it comes time to experiment and hone his shapeshifting of other people. My initial "moral" MC is experimenting on live humans, while my "corrupt" MC is just working on cadavers.

EDIT: Wow, okay, good call on starting up a corruption run. Some neat changes in the story when you take the selfish and aggressive choices. Its neat to see MC go all out with his powers at some points. Like that bit in the Jake fight where he turns into a whirlwind of guns and knife-tentacles. That was pretty cool. Lots of deaths, though. Eating people, killing Demi, losing Angelina because I chose to armor up, man...

The Dead Ends, though. Goddamn, I'm now just paranoid quicksaving just in case.

EDIT 2: Also, I'm so dumb. I dunno why I was thinking monster-Deryl was a clone. I think I had gotten him confused with Jake-Deryl as the same clone for some stupid reason. Monster-Deryl is just real-Deryl, or at least we're supposed to think so.

Good idea to have separate runs for high- and low corruption. I wont go into details since that is spoiler territory, but there are in fact some very lore-heavy dead ends in the game that only activate if you have enough corruption.

Why haven't they used the Chimera Ants that Deryl gave them for Amber and Liz when they captured them? Why hasn't that been mentioned at all?

Amber and Liz were unconscious when they were captured, so they had no chance to activate and used the seeds Deryl gave them.

1.0 is not until September, last I heard. We've got another content update inbetween now and then.

Maybe it will take a bit more than September for the 1.0 to come. If I calculated well and I'm not good at math, Monster World Arc lasted 4 updates, counting from Cole's fight until the ending of last update where Mc and half group return to earth. That ending might count as the first update we're in the Human world, so if the last arc has a similar duration, then we might have to wait two or three updates more until 1.0

Purely by accident, haha. My MC's last name is Blackwood, so I just tweaked it to Blackthorn because of the spiky tentacles he can do. I almost just stuck with Blackwood as the hero name for the lulz.

Michael is more the Dalinar of our group anyways. Well, pre-Evi Dalinar, I guess.

I went with Typhon, a name that aligns with my end-goals of surpassing all of man- and monsterkind and becoming the Monster King ruling over all dimensions.
