Yeah haha, GPT, especially in the limited version doesn’t really follow instructions properly. Some of these images took me five whole days, switching between multiple accounts just to get better results. If you request a change, it often alters the wrong element or messes up the entire composition.
It generated this image based on Henri’s wiki description and the reference I provided. I tried to make it look less like the Joker and more like Henri, but it kept ruining the pose in the process. I ended up naming it:

You can buy it, but you'll have to skip out on some of the fossils in order to afford it. I recommend prioritizing the Skill fossils (spine and vertebra) over the Power fossils (claw and talon). Assuming you picked Power for what you wanted from Tiffany, and succeeded in infiltrating Langdon's office, you'll have enough Power to pass all checks that have happened so far in the game without the fossils.

After replaying, I chose power and I believe if you're smart with the ordering, you can get away with purchasing both Skill fossils and the small Power fossil, and still have enough for the void stone and the chimera fight bet, though you do give up the energy drink, not that you need it. You need to purchase the small fossils first, then wait until after the SIN infiltration to get the big stuff, cause otherwise you'll enter the shop in between without enough money to purchase anything else.

I assumed they were fossil pieces, like the ones MC has been acquiring from Shopkeep (and that one from Shadow) for Skill/Power boosts. Maybe she can glean more knowledge off of them or something, than MC can.

Best guess I have is that they're pieces of the Eye. The stone orbs resemble and have been described as eyes. The Eye has been implied to have more than a coincidental association with eyes, the set of keywords that leads to it taking over the MC in its second Dead End includes the MC wishing for new eyes. And if those are the Eye's fossilized eyes, that would explain why Ella is fine with the MC holding onto one. They're his to begin with.

Theses little rocks are smaller "pieces" Ella is trying to collect, and the main reason why she even botter with Sin since Langdon promised help with that in exchange of it.
There are bigger "piece" like the one she found in the mines who look like an heart, and like the little one Ella gave to mc had corruptive effect on Ella (but much stronger) and is from "the one who birthed Goliath" and that they are important for the long game (it's said by Charlie).
Also we know that Hero search them too and that unlike the avatars of apostle, it didnt start to decay after the black moon.
Theses orbes could be eyes eventualy ,we can see 3 of them so far in game or maybe something else, but they are part of some powerfull being .
Maybe from one of those "Great One" mentionned by Humbaba who are worshiped by colossi like Goliath and Humbaba and who did something blasphemous in the past

In game Great One is usualy said when talking about apostle (with one exception for mc by the memory fox), so could it be"the eye" mc is connected to?, maybe since it cant be an apostle, and usualy blasphemous is related to Arbiter, like with Chaos and is also used with the eye.
And finaly (but it isnt confirmed for this) it could be related to theses fossilized finger mc can get who had some weird effect on Shadow.
