Ella herself was confident she could kill Eisheth, and from what we've seen from her (pretty much beating a lvl 4 and two lvl five lvl opponents, along with surviving attacks from malik.) i def believe she could do it.

I wonder how its even possible for MC to move at hypersonic + speeds like a freaking jet while being supermanuverable, using just biological wings (Doesnt matter what they are made out of) and nothing else for propulsion. Dude, I categoricaly disagree, think about it, Ella was purposefuly collecting the hearts of powerful monsters, likely Chosen specificaly, no way she did not plan Valravn's defeat way in advance.
That's the thing about Ella, her plans and schemes hover over the entire story from the moment you start a new game, her machineations are thought off on advance. Hell to me it seemed that from the moment she met Cole, Briar, Zara and Shen way back as kids she was planting the seeds of loyalty in them knowing she could use them.
Ella might not be the strongest Chosen through sheer power output, maybe not even through skill. But her knowledge paired with cunning and advance planning make me think she could defeat any Chosen given enough planning. Cuz she does not fight alone and she does not fight fair.
I think she definitely ambushed Val knowing he would be weakest during his ritual, if she could figure out the moment one of the strongest Chosen was at his weakest and capitalize on that then she could do so to any of them.
Also Aglae for example, she is definitely stronger than Ella, and hates her somewhat, so how did Ella make her not only work for her but also sacrifice her children in the conflict ? I believe it's due to something Ella did or had that gave her some leverage over Aglae.
Ella is more than just " some foresight and neat tricks" as you put it.
Also Ella can't be beaten, Christie said so.

I don't entirely disagree about Ella, but she did not plan to ambush Valravn. I forget where it was said, but after Cole stole the heart and was making his escape, Valravn called him a coward. Cole being Cole, he decided to fight Valravn, which forced Ella and her gang to get involved.
Also, she barely defeated Valravn with help. I believe it was during the SIN tournament that Briar talks about her being in serious condition after that fight. That even she needed his healing, or something.

I doubt Aglae would follow Ella, and even put her children on the front lines because of Ella's Chosen rank, it makes no sense, Aglae is a Chosen too.
Likely their goals aligned, or as I believe, Ella had some way to persuade or maybe even something to hold over Aglae, like some form of blackmail who knows.

Wait really ? Damn my memory sucks, I really don't remember their fight against Valravn happening because of Cole.
I remember Ella telling him he dropped it sometime during or after the fight though but not Cole being the one to engage Valravn.

So, random thought, was the MC turned into a superhuman after Syla died, trained/studied in Xanthe's lab for the gifted children, then turned back into a human to live with Stephen, only to be transformed again into a superhuman by Ella? I've missed quite a bit of the lore. If not, I guess I could just wait for the next flashback to explain what happened during that time.

Are you saying that due to Ella revealing to the Mc in the Monster World that he met her, Cole, Briar, Zara and Shen in the past as kids ?
After Sylla dies the Mc gets his memories of her death and those of Ella and Tanos erased, and after that we know he would at some point become angry with Stephen because he would not tell him how Sylla died, he runs away from home, and joins a homeless camp for a few weeks. That's likely where he met Ella and the rest of the gang, though how and why he forgot that is unclear.
He tells his story of that homeless camp to Daryl I believe in a flashback when he and Deryl try to comfort him about his own mother's death and the Mc reveals how he reacted to it.
I think that's gotta be when he meets Ella and the rest post memory erasure

All looks correct to me, except this bit about Memory :

That seems to be overselling it a bit, I mean making something happen if you have the memory of it would probably only work with traits of Creation or Truth no ?
Memory altering things seems to be only viable in the DreamWorld from what I understood, and in the real world Memory serves to only alter other people's minds rather than create anything tangible. Make them forget, implant false memories and such.
Take Sylla for example, when she used things such as '' Recalled Strength '' and was able to morph herself into the forms of people she was connected with at some point, such as when she fought Indra as Aos, or Eisheth, or that Asura, that to me looked like a ability that she could pull off only because she was in the DreamWorld.
I also think her Egregore form was also only a DreamWorld specific ability
