You only need 4 win points to get the Valravn respects win. Only 3 to survive the fight. Your power is low, but I assume your skill points are 19. Which means you should be able to beat Valravn. Though, if your skill points are even lower. Then you missed some power points earlier. Make sure you repeat the flying around scene during the loop. You'll know you finished it after you fought the Minyak in the sewer and visited Ella in the park. If you missed that before going to the mall. Go back and do that. Because those scenes give stats.
