I used to hate Ella too tbh, but then I met HERO and realized most of these big dogs besides Malik and Clark do not care about the average person it's all " for the greater good." I started to think about it from a different standpoint of Superhuman world Ella is probably in my top 3. Xanthe is willing to sacrifice some people, pretty sure Deus let Val go on that rampage. Everyone has their own goals clearly, is it evil? yes but it isn't just black or white Ella is clearly putting up a front on some parts. By the way saying if Ella was a guy or only being forgiven because she's hot ( which is true) is not really valid imo. Val is a fan favorite and he has done worse, If Bernhardt had done everything Ella did ( he probably has done worse) people would defend him too you know why because those two are just cool as fuck. If Jake was not an idiot he would not be hated as much, but he allowed himself to be manipulated and people dislike spineless dumb characters. You cannot think with our worldviews most are willing to kill for " the greater good" we even see a preview of what happens when you aren't in the Elijah fight, look how it was used against him. After all of that I still do think Ella is evil as fuck, but I love her for that still.

Ikr, Valravn is cool and all. But bro he hunted down and butchered dozens of by his own admission, ''innocents'' just to eat their hearts.
I'm dissapointed the game doesn't give us the chance to call him out on his hipocrisy. His tirades of ''honour'' and ''courage'', meanwhile he needs to hunt and kill those way weaker than him.
I get he had to do it to reclaim his powers, but dude has NO right to give us flack if Brianna helps us in the first fight when he turned tail and ran whenever Nico showed up.

People love him, and he is a cool character and his design and backstory are top notch, but he's also a massive, arrogant, hypocrite.

Don't you worry. We're just about to enter phase two soon, with the HERO blaming. Using the same talking points aimed against Ella, but they all count against HERO. Jake got speed run through so it's a toss up on who's next after HERO. Probably Deryl being a bad friend.

Yeah, that's the reason some of them hated Deryl back then lol. Because he tried to fight MC and was smug about it while under the influence. A few people legitimately didn't care that it was Jake and Ella's fault. They still considered him a bad friend. There's obviously a bit more context that added more fuel to it, but that comes later on in the game. So I won't spoil you on those bits.

So, they can form a meat robot using MC as base, and MC/they are synced as one, combining their powers.

This idea came to me when I remembered the last update about his mother.

MC already did it, sort of. When he turned into a little facehugger thing with Liz and Amber on the couch. Wrapping around their body. MC being armor for his harem is still one of the things I want to see the most. Alice isn't really squishy, but imagine her in MC's armor.

Funnily enough that's just Deryl's current power set with extra steps, considering the mech he uses is literally made of biomechanical flesh and all his equipment incorporates the powers of different monsters.

You would have to ask them. Then again, that happened years ago and most people likely don't still dislike Deryl. It was more of a heat of the moment thing. At least during that part. I admittedly was also a bit pissed that he jumped in the Jake fight and made it longer than it should've been.

Then again, I just don't like the final Jake fight in general. Beyond seeing the 1st Apostle during it. It felt a bit too long then it probably actually is. It's definitely a me thing. As I think the Klaus fight was around the same length and it's one of my favorites.

You see, the thing is that unlike you, other people don't use their own eyes, or brains for that matter. You see what it's really like but (un)surprisingly there are some that choose to believe that Deryl is the ultimate villain that needs to be purged while Ella is somehow fine
