I remember the first game having several version releases per year, a lot of content, but is this one only updating yearly or something? I thought this game was dead

Dev splitting time between this and Loser and seems to switch between working on them for 2-3 months each, so looking at like 2 updates a year for each game, if they can stay on their schedule.

yeah the first one was better and from what i read on some of the content it was supposedly still in the works as some things weren't completed yet. also this game hinted at working on importing saves from SP 1. and it hasnt been implemented yet. any idea as to why and when it will be? to have to start over on all that crap after all those powers i activated and trained and all thT crap is extremely disheartening.

the whole reason this game was made on unity was to ensure people couldnt cheat their way out of the immense grind and it shows with how shit this is to play.

yes, you can look at it as remake, with more freedom of action and easier to code at same time.

he stoped woring on superpowered 1 because of some code wise bad decision at early development stage, making game xpansion harder and harder.
and fixing this problem will need nearly complete rewrite of code, so basicaly creating new game, which he is doing now.
and dont forget, looser is his main game for now.
want to speed up development of game ? sign in on patreon and give subsribe here. more money for him means betetr machine for renders (which takes most of total time) and mayby it will allow him to hire external help.

And that is a problem, if you try to strech yourself thin you end up doing everything badly. Iirc the last update on Loser was really small content wise. Seems like its the same in this one. Not sure how this can go on long term. Maybe we will end up in a Summer Time saga situation, or a Incstor situation.

The dev making it too grindy and complex for his own good. It's AVN not an rpg. It will end up having a lot of mechanic and grind without people wanting to play it.
