There's no easy answer to this as all of them have multiple benefits. It's a pretty complex game and if you're not afraid to dig into it I highly recommend to read the wiki. This guide give the fastest way to see most of the scenes:
okay, i try to get all the scenes once more, so i reseted mom (i didn't any other solution to remove brainwipe) but now i don't remember what setting i need to have on her, i suppose i need to erase her familial ties and make her love me but is there something else ?
Brainwipe is a setting on Billy, not the girls. Open the mind control power and it is the lower right icon. It looks like an empty head if brainwipe is off and a head with a brain inside if it is on.
To activate the jealousy scenes, both women must find Billy sexually attractive so both must be insane or have family ties active.
You must have removed taboo('She is related to you, not that it matters anymore') for both mom and sis.
Walk around school button? I've been playing since 0.29 and I've never seen such a thing.
You have pissed off the contact -- either through anger or fear. One causes them to stop talking to you the other causes them to block your phone, I can't recall which is which.
