Nice game, but it's so annoying that the MC and team only have pistols when there were a ton of rifles in the city.

Something like a carbine or SMG would be more useful in an urban environment. Rifles can get unwieldy, especially in closer quarters.

Great game. Mc is a good guy, think Claire is my favourite for sure.. wondering if after the bite the dude gains anything from the bite as well as having to fight against it.

Season 1 is done, now on to season 2 hopefully.

Most probable scenario was that once they decided to put/sell the game on steam that particular game name was already used or had copyright property, but they could still use it as a sub-title. But this is just speculation from my part, I didn't search about the topic or have any inside information. The game still ends with that "somewhere I belong" line

One of Linkin Parks popular songs is titled Somewhere I Belong, so that might have something to do with it as well knowing how sue happy the record companies tend to be.

the dev actually answered that. "somewhere i belong" is the name of first chapter and the actual name of the whole game is "survivor strain" so it goes something like "survivor strain - season 1: somewhere i belong"

But letting all conspiracy theories aside, could be that the Dev just wanted to name the seasons differently, although I remember having read what Black Orchid said, somewhere in the thread.
