Players take the role of a foreigner getting marooned in a holiday location because, suddenly, ”I am Legend” and ”World War Z” both world ending events came crashing into his life and the lives of all the foreigners and locals alike. They can also be foreigners to the region or actual city, while being from the same country or continent, none of this really matters all everyone heard of TEMU and of Amazon and of Ebay where literal crates of all sorts of goods get shipped across continents and when they wash ashore whatever exotic place this Global Catastrophy shipwrecks them to, people will try and use all the goods available to make their lives more accomodating in this ongoing apocalipse reality.

yeah normally i agree but this developer did it for good reasoning. Most here get it for free so it's understandable the dev made it steam proof so he can earn some well deserved money.

That, and the season is done. Plus it's not exactly reworking existing stuff by replacing anything. Just adding new content and addressing criticism. Good point in time and good choice of scope for all this.

Yeah totally agree but this developer has always been consistent and with steam sales he can do more. It's one of the best games and I am sure he will keep going on it. Doesn't make a lot of sense abandoning it after so much work done for the steam version another devs would have just rushed a ending.
