The tutorial quests, but a out of date game will not let you get most of them. So you need the newest version, or a disconnected internet so it doesn't know ones available.

Don't think so, but I never really used the cheat patches. There whould be a debug menu at the bottom I think? I don't see anything like that on the PC one.

You could try it without deleting, Roseys just said they disconnected no mention of the save. Otherwise part is in the registry, there's the screenshot showing Nejico Vol 4s open in Windows Regedit. Part in your (maybe hidden) appdata...

Probably the just registry as that's where the progress seems to be, but not sure.

Don't know about the patcher, but modified game files like this needs for the decensor don't usually work on a newer version of the game. It needs to be remade.
