aspect ratio of this video is false, also whoever encoded this video didnt have to get the file so big, i mean yes upscale but,deblock,denoise,sharpen, and color enhance is needed to revive this video , the 440mb that i have is way more clear then this 4 gig version,

Ok. Denoised and deblocked file 70% kept original aspect ratio, sharpened medium, no need to upscale play the video full screen, i did the test already same settings but upscaled to 1080p yes it gave me 5 gig but quality was the same as this here at 1 gig. Ps. there is still a few scenes where its heavily blocked and cannot remove it unless using fancyer programs . that been said this is the best results i had without loosing quality on the file.

Same work as mistworld . Deblocked Denoised 70% used lapsharp medium,color enhanced,but upscaled at 720p and needed a bit more sharpening . I included original file also
PS: some frames were flickering, almost impossible to fix that unless you replace those bad frames with previous ones..
