Hit "ESC" -> go to gallery -> click on teachers picture -> switch to "events" on the left.
There you can see what's missing.
did that already the last one left says level up. but havnt been able to get her leveled up

You need to search Sis' room and the laptop to find certain pictures and an item. After you've confronted Sis you'll be able to level up the teacher.
You actually need to go to S her room during level 5 17:00 and play one of those events.
That event will give you an object that you need to level up the Teacher

Get 100% affection, go to dinner -> start movie night. When you're at level 6 there's no movie night atm since level 6 is not finished yet.
