I haven't played in a while... the game is way too time consuming.

This is not an NTR/sharing/swinging game. On the opposite. It's so sweet it gives you rotten teeth.
It's not a harem game either though. Every girl is a separate story, except MCs fam.
You can think of it this way.
If MC is with girl A he never meets girl B. Basically separate love stories in one game.
And to answer your initial question:
Of course it's MCs child. Couldn't be anybody else.
The Mom, Sarah, gets impregnated in the game as the story advances.
It is a choice that both Sarah and the MC make as an expression of their love - their 'Sweet Affection.'
It is a slow burn story in that it takes time for their relationship to get to the sexy times and actual pregnancy, but it is perhaps the sweetest journey I've found in an AVN that actually gives you adult physical relationships.
If you try playing, I recommend downloading the LQ option (~ 9GB +) as it is about 1/3 the size of the HQ option and you will only notice the difference between LQ and HQ if you have very high-end gear.
Also, once you download the AVN, patching it every month is easy and a Much smaller download.
If the primary thing you are interested in is pregnancy content, then this AVN may not be for you because it is first and foremost a story driven AVN and pregnancy is a consequence of the story of the growing love between the MC and Sarah.
There may also be other pregnancy content coming, but the pregnancy with Sarah is already in AVN.
IMO, it is worth a download to try it out and see if you like the story and the way the MC builds his relationships with both Sarah and Shannon (his sis) as well as the other women.
If you enjoy it, you have found a gem with a Lot of content, and if not - that is also okay.
Every AVN is not for every person - and there is nothing wrong with each of us having different tastes.

More information about the project will be made public in the coming weeks.
But in short, it will be very similar to Sweet Affection in terms of gameplay.
However, it will be faster paced and smaller of scope.
What a monster pre-story-MC is, to have estranged Ellie after he'd already been that close to her! Let's fix this relationship asap and get a lot closer (into her pants even)! I'm curious how the stories and relationships will blend together and make the 'sum of the parts' much more than their individual components.
By this, I mean that the interactions the 4 women have with the MC and each other will help make the story much more meaningful to me.
As to looks, I like Ellie and Lucy the most - a mix of pretty faces/nice body types/long hair.
I prefer long hair on a woman as I feel it is more feminine.
I love the hair of Sarah (in SA) even though she wears it up - it shows both her long hair and her neck which I find to be a very sexy look (and her hair color is also a favorite of mine - that deep chestnut brown with what are almost dark red 'highlights' intermixed)!
We don't know the 'why' for Ellie's estrangement from the MC so what follows is just a bit on speculation on my part.
Perhaps her past estrangement from the MC was both a reflection of her retreat into self (with the actual loss of her mother and the perceived/real loss of her father to a different woman and even different family) and her growing sense of anger at her father that grew to include the MC (unjustly hopefully but in RL - this kind of thing does happen with just a few miscommunications which, with a failure to recognize those miscommunications as a problem, can lead to months to years of 'Winter').
As Ellie and the MC's relationship leaves Winter behind and finds a Spring where it can grow, that new growth could be the catalyst for the other women in the household to see the MC through new eyes...
All in all - a very nice intro to the new story and I think it shows a lot of potential.
