But checking again, it's probably that they are using an older build tools to sign, I would try with 30.

These are the steps that worked for me:
1. Download your command tools from android
You must be registered to see the links
and unzip
2. Use the sdkmanager binary inside /cmdline-tools/bin to download some build tools, running: ./sdkmanager --sdk_root=. "build-tools;30.0.0"
3. With java installed, create a certificate: keytool -genkey -alias alias -keyalg RSA -keypass changeit -storepass changeit -keystore keystore.jks
4. With the build tools you downloaded, use zipalign (inside build-tools/30.0.0):
./zipalign 4 Sweet_Affection_0.8.1.apk Sweet_Affection_0.8.1_NEW.apk
5. Now sign with apksigner (inside build-tools/30.0.0):
./apksigner sign --ks keystore.jks Sweet_Affection_0.8.1_NEW.apk
5. Install the APK. You have adb in platform-tools if you want to run: ./adb install Sweet_Affection_0.8.1_NEW.apk

Install at your own risk, it could not work in your phone. Renpy takes a while (20 seconds) to load even in a beefy device.

I've downloaded your APK, but I don't have enough free space to install it (my experience has been that I need 3x the app size, as it unpacks the APK into temporary storage, then builds the updated app alongside the existing version, so that in case it fails you still have the prior version). So I'll figure out what I can delete in the next couple of days and let you know how I fare.

this game's been on my back log for some time and dicided to give it a go, got a question tho is there a way for me to remove the 3 letters maximum limit for nameing characters at the start of the game ?

No, there is no way to remove the limit.
Names would look weird in most of the text, though.

Well... I can't give out any spoilers, of course. :p
If I would, they would be half-baked, though, since J..D is the one writing and doing the art.
So, I don't really know what is going to happen, apart from some snippets, maybe. ;)

I'll post a new preview in a bit... Keep an eye on new "Progress Reports".
J..D is going to put out a long-term plan for SA in the near future.

I'm really sad he seems to be focus on other characters than the sister now. I don't like how games like this always just keep expanding the amount of girls.

Still, glad to see updates, good luck to dev.

They have and still are doing monthly M&S content

So, in that light... we have come up with the following development plan for the time being.

January 2022 : M&S Content + Side-Character Content. (Suzie in this case)

February 2022 : M&S Content.

March 2022 : M&S Content + Side-Character Content.

April 2022 : M&S Content.

Etc.

As you can see, we still want to produce monthly M&S content for everyone.

But, side character content will be added every other month.

Explain something to me....

HQ version - 4 dl links

  • mega link = 9.45 GB
  • g-drive link = 9.5 GB
  • pixeldrain link = 10.1 GB
  • anonfiles link = 10.15 GB
(at least that's what each individual site is reporting in terms of file size)

So... my question is.. if they've all been uploaded by the same person to various hosting sites... why is there a 500 MB difference in size?
And, what's in those mysterious 500 MB? ;)

Quick calculation suggests that the close pairs are from rounding and that the smaller two are using 2^30 gigabytes while the larger two are using 10^9 gigabytes.
