As BloodyFace said on the surface it looks like a corrupt download, you can try download again with a stable internet connection.
Bloody or J..D always recommend LQ version. On tablet/phone you will not see a difference. Even on rare smartphones who have 4k resolution. I searched a little here and found one problem like yours. That's for every new update. New version is every month on the end of the month for patreons. Public release is next month on 14, unless game is leaked before.
