I can't comment on the game itself, as it wouldn't even open. It's RAM intensive for a Renpy game, and while I don't have a powerful PC, Renpy games have always worked well for me. I downloaded the 12GB version. I run it, but it just stays open in the background and nothing happens, no windows, no nothing. I tried the 32-bit version. It does the same thing, but it closes on its own after a while. I've never seen a Renpy game that requires that much RAM. I mean, most Renpy games with 4GB of RAM should be more than enough. I think we need to optimize it. This is a visual novel that uses JPG images.

Yes - the HQ rev (1440p resolution) is > 30 GB.
FYI - I also explain the difference between LQ (~12 GB) and HQ one post above this post.
There are 100,000+ renders and Many animations.
Imagine taking that many renders and animations up to 1440p...
As to any Renpy AVN at 30 GB being poorly programmed - that is an unusually large brush to paint all those AVNs in every genre and well OT to address...

Sweet Affection provides two options for DL versus the single option many other AVNs currently provide which I appreciate since each person gets to choose the DL that works best for them.
If you are actually interested in trying this AVN versus just stopping by to comment on the size of the HQ DL, I recommend going with the LQ DL to start.

does anyone have the 11.6 update? did not update from 11.5 and really dont wanna redownload the whole game to fix the issue.
