The game works like this:
If MC is a with LI A, he isn't with LI B and so on. So there is nothing for them to find out.

I remember playing and deciding the huge script is what keeps the size at 10+ gigs.
I do not know that for a fact. but coming back and seeing the full size and the compressed side by side just makes this comparison insane!

The download is huge because there are nearly 95000 jpegs. Converting them to webp format would shrink the thing down considerably.

Pregnancies are part of the stories of the girls, not a mechanic.
Kids are born, but they won't visually appear in the game due to Patreons rules.
