I deleted the whole game and redownloaded it just to make sure but it still did it. Twice I redownloaded the whole thing. I really do enjoy this game so I took the time to try to make it happen. I can still play but I save very often in case it decides to crash randomly. which it does unexpectedly.

Start a new game, when you're in free roam hit ESC or right mouse and go to Cheats.
You can cheat up every character to their latest level, unlock galleries and diaries.

This AVN has been in almost constant production with monthly releases (I believe there was a short pause when we lost Boom - the original creator) for more than 7 years.
The render count is > 100,000 renders.
There are also a number of animations (I could not begin to guess but Many).
The recommendation those of us who have been on the thread for years give is: use the LQ download.
Once you have tried the AVN with the LQ download, if you like it, use the monthly patch system.
This is what I use to patch my game and all it takes is a bit of organization (I make a copy of my current rev then update the original with the new monthly patch and test it to be sure it works... repeat monthly).
Very few people have the high end gear to notice the difference in render quality between LQ and HQ (the primary reason we recommend at least starting with the LQ version of SA).
The real key is, after doing the LQ download, trying out the AVN.
There is, IMO, great content and tons of it with Sarah and Shannon, the 2 women the MC lives with.
There is also major variety in dating any number of side girls.
There is no harem, though. All relationships take place in the same SA 'universe' but the only relationships that are intertwined are the Sarah/Shannon relationship with Suzie.
If you choose to play SA, you will understand why.
Need some help, I downloaded the 36gb HQ one, but it keeps on stopping and giving me error while extracting the whole thing at 61%.
Do I need to redownload the whole thing or it'll just be the same?
