Both FMC and MC are probably the most idiotic couple I've ever encounter.
I'm so frustrated at their actions compare to that of Inoda, at least Inoda is just your typical sociopath, trying to gain empathy through lies. *Which I had experience IRL with them*. The indecisiveness from both the MC really infuriates me, they couldn't even say what they had in mind to each other then what's the point being a couple and the sudden change in pace with Asuna opening up to Inoda is a no brainer either, with all the things happened and yet she still didn't let her guard up against Inoda, proves that this woman doesn't really love Kirito at all and only cares about pursuing carnal pleasure. If there's an ending where Kirito gets to choose to dump this bitch and move on with his life is probably the best thing can happen in the game which I know that isn't going to happen but thankfully this is just a game.

That plain out won't be possible, the two "parts" of the game use completely different assets for their maps and beyond, they're for all intents and purposes 2 completely separate games, you can't just magically "fuse" them together I'm afraid :O
True and as to how the author went about telling the story of corruption is kinda off. Some women sought power in status whereby they seek for powerful men whom are in possess of riches, some seek the comfort of others because their significant doesn't give much attention to them or just straight out abuse them, and some are born bimbo who likes sex *those usually don't seek for relationship in life*. But with Asuna personality, it's kinda hard to imagine she being a bimbo when she personally went through death like experiences with Kirito in SAO is something that I can't really comprehend. At least make Kirito a selfish bastard that doesn't care much about Asuna's well being, then that would make much more sense.

I think what makes the corruption feels off is how the NTR worked.
Asuna didn't start losing affection for Kirito because something he did instead it was stress from her mother. Kirito didn't do anything to be a bad boyfriend but he is still losing Asuna. Why? Simply because Inoda and Asuna are a more compatible couple. All the "corruption" in the game to me is just Asuna spending time with Inoda and realizing she is better physically and emotionally with Inoda than Kirito. The corruption seems off maybe because in other NTR works the NTR makes the woman realize she is unhappy with her man and that is why she leaves him. Like we should be cheering for her to leave the bad relationship. But here Asuna is happy with Kirito but the NTR makes her realize she is happier with Inoda so she will leave Kirito. So mixed feelings here.
