No IRL scenes that Asuna knows as of now.
Most recent scene is Asuna sex scene with Inoda IRL, but she doesn't know because she's in game

Edit : I forgot about the handjob, so for SAO part 2, only the handjob event and sex (rape) is in the game.
Other scenes are Kirito POV so you only get a glimpse of the scene.

Yes, Just use joiplay plus use RAR on game because if you use standard unpack from phone game will n9t work
