That could actually be the safe way out for Fujino: those who want Kirito to be a cuck can always switch him with Inoda, and those who root for Kirito can watch the normal POV.

He said he is releasing these bonus pics because he didn't get the release out before the end of month so subscribers can have something for October. Also the last bonus CGs where all alternative CGs that weren't used in the game anyway so maybe these CGs are the same.

Jokes aside, I genuinely can't believe Suguha x Inoda will eventually happen in the game, and that Fujino would just spoil it like that in a random bonus image set.
So, this means nothing at the end of the day, just an extra of something that's isn't going to appear kn the game . Suguha will not be a pig's cumdump in Canon, at least not my least favorite pig.
(And yes, this is the definition of cope.)
