So he doesn't need part 3, he needs to find some kind of training manual. As for reducing the amount of content, it's sad, of course, but I think one way or another, every update we still have a big scene with Asuna and a piece of the plot.
Indeed that was early, most likeliy because Fujino spend most the last week fixing bugs again.

Current progress：
1.Fix bugs in Brothel events that Kirito will teleport to hospital.
2.Fix bugs that the status CG doesn't show properly.
3.Finish game scripts of Thursday.
4.Add 1 Lisbeth event on Thursday.
I spent some time making new maps and fixing bugs last week, the next update is planned to be release around the end of the month.

Yes, the aphrodisiac was fake, but the Admin hinted that she might have altered Asuna's mood to still make it happen on the rainy night—that's for IRL. In FOG, all status effects, including aphrodisiac, seem to work as intended, as we saw in the treehouse event.
Correct me if I am wrong on understanding this, Fuji-san has reached the limitations of RPG Maker from his development? Any specific limitation that you can infer that has reached the limit? Can this be solved using Wolf RPG instead?

My dude, have you been paying attention XD? Fujino has retroactively added Administrator into EVERYTHING since she first showed up, she basically revealed that ALL that has happened so far and Inoda getting as far as he did was her doing in the first place, which was one of the biggest reasons a lot of people didn't like her addition back when it was first revealed
Well, Fujino does make a lot of retcons in Part 2, because he needs to build an connection to the new Admin plot somehow.
