I was kinda hoping he'd get some endurance, just for the whole reverse ntr theme that looked like they were building with the girls. Asuna losing Kirito, while he loses Asuna, could have potentially been interesting as the story bounced from each's perspective of ignorance.

Not really, it's just building up the stakes for story purposes, and especially a harem ending seems nearly impossible given the story so far. Every girl in the game, except Suguha, faces a direct external threat.

if you noticed only those who were in close contact with Asuna ended up with Inoda as Asuna's mother and Liz and obviously Asuna
then I see that people are more interested in Asuna with Inoda and then it would take part 3 to bring everyone down, I don't see why Fujino should waste time with the others and mess up the story

Update coming out on January 25, Fujino announced via latest report
So guys, please help me out. I support Fujino on Ci-en, and I just realized you have to download the uncensored patch. Is it the same with Patreon? Another question: does the patch apply to all updates, like the upcoming 0.7?

It comes out already uncensored on Patreon, so you don't need to download a patch. I don't know much else the difference, so I'm going to point out what other people say. And most times what people say is that CI-EN comments are usually more angry and demanding, whereas the people on the Patreon side are usually cheering Fujino on.
