I bet one of them owns FOG or something. I bet it is the female scientist. She is only one we don't know anything about. If she is not Koujiro Rinko then she is the lead developer of FOG. Or maybe she is both!
Yeah, like I said, she basically said the thing was designed to 'please her' and had a 'deeper meaning' to it, but not that it was specifically created by the Council as a trap for Kirito and the rest XP It's more likely they based it off whatever origin story Fujino made up for Administrator in this NTR-verse or something that she showed them, or in a the ritual they need to undertake to resurrect her maybe :3

Well, yeah, they pretty much own FOG. We've seen at least Sinon and Silica’s daddy having basically admin rights, allowing them to do whatever they want. That’s why I still think they’ll probably be behind whatever happens in the ritual. They don’t really care about Asuna and Inoda, so whatever they do likely won’t have any impact on scenes between them. I found a pretty big bug on 6/17. If you try to go upstairs at the inn, it warps you to this woods map where Sinon and Leafa are talking, but you get stuck here and have to reset the game. Has this been reported yet?

Probably not what you're looking for, but there's like only one time I remember in Part 2 that has an interval view of Asuna. But it's probably not what you're asking about since this is the FOG kitchen scene and it's done from Kirito's POV while he goes to find Liz.it would be nice if theres an internal view for this game

I remember someone said that during the ritual, while Kirito fucks Asuna, in the meantime Inoda fucks Asuna in real life, well I would add Suguha fucking Kirito in real life, I would put the scene divided into 3 parts (the Asuna and Kirito one in FOG), (Inoda and Aduna in IRL) and (Suguha and Kirito in IRL)

I have the theory of how the nerve gear or the vr could know that ASUNA was menstruating unless that equipment can read the hormonal variations that a woman has at the time of her period or that she is ovulated, and the mental changes that this entails, even so if this would only be the reading for FOG I believe that during the INODA test he will end up fucking ASUNA, he already did it before XD
