I noticed that some people think that the game should go beyond version 1.0 or there should be a part 3. I don't remember Asuna rejecting Inoda. She accepted everything sexually that Inoda did to her until he raped her.
After that she didn't speak with him couple of days, but little bit later she just unconditionally accepted every demand of Inoda already. Nothing new here.
